Purpose: Filtration of engine and industrial oils from foreign particulates and wear debris.

Field of application: Filtration of waste oil, being used during the break-in of internal-combustion engines, as well as filtration of oils after their use in hydraulics of machines, in hydraulic presses, in injection-molding machines and others facilities; preliminary filtration of oils before their pouring in hydraulics.

Principle of operation: Process of the filtration of oils has two stages: before an oil from the tank (1), injected by oil pump (7), is purified many times (during 10-15 min) by the centrifuge (6). Then the filtration of oils is carried out with the use of cassette block (3) by porous filters. Refined oil is collected in tanks (1) or in outside additional tanks. Filtration process can be organized with a continuous circulation.
