Heat pipes

Purpose: of heat pipes is a high-effective heat removing from heated equipments to the sink. Heat pipes also provide heat flux uniform distribution over the sink, operating temperature decreasing, uniform distribution of the semiconductor lasers temperature.

Application of heat pipes is a cooling of electronics chips, LED and laser arrays, power electronic devices, space electronics and numerical control devices.

Principle of heat pipe operation: close cycle of evaporation and condensation inside heat pipe.
