CERAMIC COMPOSITE ON THE BASE OF ULTRADISPERSION POWDERS

Field of application of the ceramic composite: Electron industry: a device to mount crystals; apparatus for ultrasound (US), thermosound (ThS) and thermocompressive (ThC) welding.

Composition of the material: Ceramic composite on the base of ultradispersion powders of aluminum and zirconium oxides.

Physical and mechanical properties of ceramic composite:
  • Density – 3, 85 g/cm3;
  • Hardness – 950 MPa;
  • Open porosity is absent;
  • Temperature of the deformation beginning under the load 0,2 MPa – 1 800 îÑ;
  • Coefficient of thermal expansion (20 - 1 500O) – 1,1•10-5 grad-1;
  • Heat conductivity – 34 V/m•Ê.

Kind and characteristic of the ceramic composite product: The material serves to produce microtools of devices to mount crystals, electrodes of US, ThS and ThC welding. Durability of the microtools and the electrodes from the developed material is increased 1,7 times, that enables to raise the equipment productivity on 30 %.

An output mastery of developed products: The yield is up to 10 000 pieces per year.

Scientific and technical level, novelty: The level of the best domestic and foreign analogues. The patent is in force in CIS countries.
