Composition and physical and mechanical properties of the material:
- Chemical composition – 97 % Al2O3 minimum;
- Relative density – 95 % minimum;
- Micro hardness – 15 000 MPa minimum.
Kind and characteristics of the product: The use of this ceramic material enables to increase the gauges durability 5 - 10 times as compared with other gauges. The products are of a conic shape, height is 5 - 25 mm, and diameter is 10 - 30 mm.
