Development and output of pilot lots

- constructional materials and products on the base of iron powders, low-alloyed steels and composites (pin-ions, knuckles, covers, body parts etc.), using a method of "warm" compaction;

- antifrictional products (plain bearings, guide bushes etc.) on the base of compositions of an iron powder with a graphite, copper, tin, plumbum, molybdenum disulphide and other additives, porous ones being infiltrated with liquid lubrications amonghst;

- electrotechnical softmagnetic products on the base of a pure iron powder or "iron-phosphorus" alloy (magnetic conductors); permanent magnets on the base of a strontium ferrite; soft magnetic ferrites and cores of various standard sizes for coils of inductivity;

- electrotechnical products on the base of a copper powder (commutator billets of electric machines of constant current, electric contacts etc.);

- technical ceramics ( nozzles of apparatus for thermal cutting and welding, jet-abrasive treatment; inserts of water and gas distributive devices, dies, supporting rollers, etc.);

- frictional materials on the base of powders of iron, copper, products thereof (disks of safety, clutches, clutches brakes) working both at friction in oil and at dry friction);

- diamond composites and tools made thereof ( ring drills, cut disks with a segment and a continuous edge, etc.) for dry and wet cutting of stones, ferroconcrete, ceramics, building materials, road coatings);

- diamond composites and tools made thereof, grinding and polishing pastes to treat pig iron, hardened steel and nonferrous metals;

- high porous cellular materials on the base of nickel, being subjected to diffusion chromium plating aluminizing etc. for carrier of catalysers of exhaust gases reheating torches of infrared heating;

- high porous cellular materials on the base of aluminum oxide to filtrate melts of metals (aluminum, cast iron and steel);

- porous materials from powders and fibers of corrosion-resistant steel , bronze, nickel, titanium, copper and filtering elements thereof to purify liquids and gases ( potable water, bavarages, juices, industrial oils, lubricants, fuel of technical gases, air etc.) reducers of sound of pneumatic tool exhaust, dispersion of gas in liquid;

- heat pipes with powder capillary structure and heat exchangers on their base to cool elements of radio and electronic apparatus, power devices;

- composite and porous implants from titanium powder for orthopedics and traumatology (vertebrae implants, implants to replace bone defects, etc.) implants from highporous cellular ceramics, hydroxyapatite;

- composite powders ( intermetallides, carbides, aluminides etc.) being produced by SHS methods which are used for spraying functional protective coatings;

- technologies and equipment to spray protective coatings by flame and plasma spraying ;

- materials, technologies and equipment for plasma-vacuum and electron-ray spraying of protective, strengthening and decorative coatings.

- materials, technologies and equipment for coating deposition on the surface of products from conducting materials by microplasmaspark methods in different transfer media;

- compositions and technologies of forming oxide-ceramic coatings on the base of thermal dynamically stable oxides of metals with implanted structures;

- compositions of oxide-ceramic coatings on titanium implants for the osteosynthesis of fractures, deformations of a support-motor apparatus with improved biocompatibility;

- compositions and technologies of forming heat-resistant, wear-resistant and antifrictional coatings on parts of internal-combustion engines;

- technologies of recycling on the base of microplasmaspark treatment with simultaneous strengthening of parts, operated in conditions of intensive abrasive mechanical wear (die-stamped rigging, metal and wood working tools, units of aircrafts, pumps of different modifications, blade tools.
